Regional Sales Manager
Qualifications:
-
One year of experience in sales, business development, electrical, construction, lighting, solar, or a related field is preferred, but not required
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Self-motivated with the ability to manage an assigned region
-
Manage weekly performance, pipeline activity, and region expansion

College degree is encouraged, but not required

Eager to learn and complete company-provided training

Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Willingness to attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Electrical Journeyman
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician

OSHA 30 certification required

Commercial electrical and lighting experience required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Willingness to travel when needed

Flexible schedule with the ability to work varying shifts and overtime as required
